2018 International Conference on Smart Materials, Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation(SMIMA 2018) will be held in School of Information and Control, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, China during May 24-26, 2018. It is co-sponsored by Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, China and University of Information Technology, Vietnam. Featured with invited speeches and paper presentations, SMIMA 2018 welcomes submission of researches concerning any branch of materials and Manufacturing.

Accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in MATEC Web of  Conferences(ISSN: 2261-236X), which will be submitted for index by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

1.Submission Methods:

*Full Paper Submission- Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings, authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site.

*Abstract Submission- Accepted abstract will be included in conference program, but will not published, authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site

2. Policy on Multiple Submissions

SMIMA will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the SMIMA reviewing period.

SMIMA is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.

Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)

Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist
